Job Description         

Position Title         HR Recruiter (Commission)

Status                         Contractor

Rate                             Negotiable

Location                   Remote (10% travel)

Duration                  12+ Months 


Provide team-support for departmental recruiting requisitions; update spreadsheets as required. Assist team with referral tracking procedures, including processing onboarding applicants. Provide recruiting services in accordance with client procedures, local/state laws standards and regulations .


Skill-Set & Responsibilities

  •      Emailing, calling and maintaining all client/employee updates 


  •      Maintain postings on recruitment sites 


  •      Recruit new employees for open positions 


  •      Schedule/conduct meetings, interviews and orientations as needed


  •      Update website and social media platform(s) content and publishing's 


  •     Document; monitor and report project statuses; assess effectiveness and accuracy of    

                      data controls


  •      Submit periodic reports and attend regular departmental meetings and conferences


  •      Heavy outbound candidate calling/screening 


  •      Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Skype, report writing, 


  •      Process, submit and file agreement files between contractors and clients. 


  •     Create job descriptions, consult with finance department to determine employee rates 


  •     Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Office 365 and other standard office     

                      software 


  •     Knowledge of Skype, Adobe Acrobat, Google Apps, Google Drive, Internet Explorer, etc. 


  •     Audio/Visual experience, as well Web Ex, Google Hang-outs, Skype 


  •     Written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate matters   

                      effectively


  •     Large team interaction with proven to follow direction and contribute ideas to achieve  

                      team goals 


  •     Must be reliable, on-time and able to complete tasks by target dates 


  •     Maintain a professional work ethic and demeanor 


  •     Experience using a Spiceworks ticket management system or equivalent 


  •     Excellent organization & time management skills 


  •    Self motivated, driven to learn with a focus on continuous improvement


  •    Ability to perform/produce under minimum guidance 


Job Requirements

  •    3-5 years professional office background


  •    2-3 Customer Support


  •   Dependable and reliable 


  •   Comfortable working in environments consistently evolving
